Section 49
Limit starts
(1) The statute of limitation shall be deemed to have commenced in accordance with the law in which the statute of limitations has been established for filing a complaint on a matter.
(2) If there is no legal provision regarding the commencement of the limitation period in accordance with sub-section (1), the limitation period shall be deemed to have commenced on the date on which there is a reason to appeal.
